Ship your products to our studio or schedule a shoot on-site. Once the invoice is paid, the project moves to the shooting stage.

Once we're done with the images, you’ll get a link to approve and download them. You can also request edits within 5 business days.

After we at Grey Frames receives your products and verify that they align with the proposed items, we will generate an invoice for you. Upon receipt of your payment, we will then move forward to the shooting stage.

Once the proposal has been approved, transport the items to the designated location either through a drop-off or utilizing a reputable shipping service.
The designated drop-off hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.It is essential not to dispatch or deliver your products prior to proposal acceptance, and ensure that the items adhere to the Product Requirements and comply with the Delivery Checklist shared over email.

Certainly! Basic retouching is provided for each image included in your order at no extra cost. However, any intricate alterations, such as modifying the original shape of the product or addressing damages and defects, will incur additional charges.

Upon receiving your payment, we initiate the shooting of your project on the following business day. The entire process, from receiving both the products and payment, typically spans 8 to 10 business days, excluding holidays.
*This timeframe is applicable for orders comprising up to 50 standard images. -
After the images are shot and edited, you will be provided with a link accessible from any device. Through this link, you can view, approve, and download the images. It's important to be aware that you have a 10-calendar-day window to request any necessary edits after receiving the link.

Upon receiving the approval link for your images, you are granted a 10-calendar-day window to request edits. Any revisions requested beyond this approval period will still be accommodated but will be subject to payment.
When requesting edits, please clearly identify the specific areas that require attention and provide detailed instructions or references. We value any information that aids us in meeting your expectations.
It's important to note that edits may be categorised as either free or paid, depending on the circumstances outlined in our Revision Policy.

Refunds are not issued for photography services, retouching services, or additional services that have already been carried out and delivered in the form of received images. Nevertheless, we provide "remote approval" and "remote shoot" services, along with the option for free or paid revisions to enhance the final outcome.
